You can expect delivery within approx. 40-60 mins. after placing your order. The current real-time wait times are shown on the restaurant list during our delivery hours. When phoning in your order, you will be informed about the current wait time. 

Of course. You can time your delivery for a specific time or even days in advance.

Yes, you can. Orders from multiple restaurants will be treated as separate orders and will not necessarily be delivered by the same driver.

Again, yes. There is a tracking link in your e-mail confirmation and you can also opt to receive a text message when the driver leaves the restaurant.

Each time the sum of all your orders reaches CHF 500.00, you will receive a Mosi's voucher in the amount of CHF 10.00.
The vouchers are mailed out monthly by swiss post. Even without a myMosi registration you will automatically participate in the loyalty program.
As a registered myMosi user you can view your current bonus balance in your account.

Certainly. Mosi's gift vouchers are an ideal present on any occasion.
You can order our vouchers (CHF 25.00 each) right here. We'll mail them out to you right away by A-class swiss post.
When paying by credit card, your vouchers can be redeemed immediately. When paying by invoice, we'll need to receive your payment first before the vouchers are validated.
